School Admission Procedure

School Registration:

Fill up the registration Form and submit it with the registration fees at the school office.

School Admission Procedure:

School will further communicate to the parent(s)son the date of admission and a one-to-one counseling of the child will be held with the Principal/School coordinator as part of the admission procedures.

Admission procedures include:

• Admission form filling and submission
• Submission of the required documents (The documents listed below)
• For payment details, please contact school office

Note: Admission will be confirmed on the receipt of Fee Payable at the time of Admission. Admissions are strictly on First Come Basis and the Admission process will be stopped as soon as seats for that class are full.

Documents Required for School Admission:

• Child's photograph 4 PP size + 2 ST size.
• Birth Certificate (Photo Copy)
• Parents PP size photograph - 1 each.
• Immunization Report Copy
• Admission Form (To be filled)
• Medical History Form (part of Admission form)
• Transportation Card (Optional)
• Day Care Registration (Optional)

Day Care Admission Procedure

Day Care Registration:

Fill up the Day Care Registration Form and submit.

• Admission form filling.
• Submission of the required documents (the documents listed below).
• For Fee details, please contact school office.

Note:

Admission will be confirmed on the receipt of the fee payable at the time of Registration. Admissions are strictly on First Come First Serve Basis and the admission process will be stopped as soon as seats are full.

• Day Care Registration
• Child's photograph 4 PP size + 2 ST size.
• Birth Certificate (Photo Copy)
• Parents PP size photograph - 1 each.
• Immunization Report (Photo Copy)
• Vaccination Certificate for family members
• Medical History Form (part of admission form)
• Transportation Card (Optional)

Transportation Registration:

School Van will always have a female escort to take care of the female child as the comfort and safety of every child is our top most priority. Parents are requested to register for transportation facilities at time of admission.
